Kim Malone
Kim is a storage software architect in Intel's Data Platforms Group (DPG), focused on pathfinding around computational storage and heterogeneous computation. She has over 20 years of experience architecting and developing distributed high-availability clustered systems in the storage, networking, cable, and telecommunications industries. Prior to Intel, Kim held principal engineer roles at both NetApp and SwiftStack.
Kim co-authored the first technical proposal for adding computational storage to NVMe, and is co-chair of the NVMe Computational Storage Task Group.
